What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and portion ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, making sauces, etc.)

  • Label, date, and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste

  • Assistcooks and chefs with daily prep tasks and miseenplace

  • Keep prep stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly

  • Assistwith receiving and storing deliveries

  • Support with closing and cleaning duties as needed

  • May be asked to take out trash and recycling as needed

  • May be asked toassistin sweeping and mopping the floors as needed
