About the Role:
We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!
You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Support mobility and transfers within the facility
  • Help with medication administration (training provided)
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
  • Light housekeeping and meal assistance
  • Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
  • Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
  • CNA Certification preferred, but not required
  • Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
  • CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
  • AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Every Other Weekend Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
