Concierge - (Full Time and Part Time positions available)

Schedule: Must be flexible for all shifts

Behind Every Exceptional Community Is a Team That Runs It Flawlessly

At Northwood Ravin, we're known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see, it's embedded in how we operate every day.

We're looking for a Concierge who takes pride in delivering a polished, high-touch resident experience and creating a welcoming, service-driven environment at every interaction.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering elevated experiences through attentive service, strong communication and a consistent presence in the community.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretion
  • Act as a central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Maintain visibility in the lobby, balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activity
  • Create a consistent, polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs.
  • Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, ensuring issues are resolved without escalation.

This is a role for someone who is naturally service-driven, builds rapport naturally, and understands that their presence sets the tone for how the community feels day to day.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or service environments with elevated standards.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You're dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.

Why Northwood Ravin

We believe exceptional communities are built by exceptional people and we are intentional about supporting both.

Our team is supported through competitive compensation, personal development, housing opportunities within our communities, and an elevated benefits experience designed to promote well-being, financial stability, and life beyond work.

We offer retirement planning with company match, generous paid time off, and dedicated time to give back through volunteer initiatives.

Our commitment to you evolves over time, through expanded time off, enhanced retirement contributions, reduced benefit costs, and meaningful recognition at key milestones.

Our Culture

We're collaborative, accountable, and committed to excellence in everything we do. There's a shared pride in our work and a shared understanding that the details matter.

If you're looking to be part of a team that operates with intention and high standards, we'd love to connect.

Northwood Ravin is an equal opportunity employer.
