We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our new store team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect items to meet their needs, tastes, and purchase options.
- Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Join a supportive team that works together to achieve individual goals and company expectations.
- In addition, you will partner with other members of your team to create an engaging customer experience.
- You will be responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of engagement, greeting customers, cultivating relationships, and discovering furnishing needs.
- Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles, trends, and products through company training and your own research of trends.
- Utilize computer tools to validate credit terms and complete sales transactions.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
