Intersect Healthcare of Elmwood is seeking a compassionate and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our dedicated team! As a Weekend Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients, families, and staff. Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, families, and visitors: Provide warm and welcoming service, addressing questions and concerns, and directing them to the appropriate area or personnel.
• Manage reception desk operations: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges: Prepare and process necessary paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
