Mario's Towing is growing and we are looking to add to our towing family in Kelowna!


We're currently looking for a Fulltime Central Dispatcher to join our team.



Responsibilities:


  • Answering phones, emails
  • Working directly with customers to book tows
  • Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing
  • Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer's


Requirements:


  • Vehicle knowledge an asset.
  • Must have computer skills
  • Able to work under busy conditions
  • Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Able to work within a team environment
  • Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude
  • Strong Organizing Skill


Job Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies


    Wage: $21-$23.00 per hour
