Computer Teacher
Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy seeks a certified Computer Teacher with a focus on Health Sciences and Design Thinking. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Science, Educational Technology, Engineering, or Health Sciences is required. The ability to teach keyboarding, Google Applications, graphic arts and graphic design, knowledge and understanding of Computer Technology careers as part of the program is desirable. A strong candidate will develop community partnerships in STEM, create a collaborative and innovative learning environment, have strong leadership skills to run school-based science events and participation in outside competitions, and integrate state science standards in the course. Trainings and workshops in the summer may be required. Position available August 2026. ​
