Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, and diagnostic software is commonly required for effective problem resolution. Strong communication, patience, and time management skills help you efficiently support users and prioritize multiple requests. These abilities are crucial for quickly resolving technical issues and maintaining high user satisfaction during weekend shifts when resources may be limited.
