Lead General Dentist

South-Central Iowa

Position Highlights

  • Modern Practice Setting: Newly renovated clinic with 6 operatories, digital dentistry, and strong clinical support staff
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday-Thursday schedule with no weekends and no call

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $170,000-$200,000+ base with quarterly production bonuses and annual quality incentives
  • Sign-On & Loan Support: Up to $20,000 in sign-on/relocation plus student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance, malpractice with tail, 401(k) with 4% match, generous PTO, CME allowance, and more

Qualifications

  • Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited program
