We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial building projects from planning through completion in Neenah, Wisconsin. This position is suited for a hands-on leader who can coordinate field activity, manage project costs and schedules, and maintain strong communication with clients and project partners. The role includes frequent site involvement and requires up to 50% travel within the service area to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor activity at job sites to evaluate construction progress, identify risks, and confirm work is advancing according to plan.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned on scope, schedule, and execution.
• Source and manage subcontractor participation, assign project responsibilities, and track performance throughout each phase of construction.
• Resolve field issues, schedule disruptions, and unexpected job-site challenges quickly to minimize impact on cost and completion timelines.
• Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards, legal requirements, and local building regulations.
• Provide clients and leadership with clear updates on project status, financial performance, and key milestones.
• Interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and technical details, then communicate requirements clearly to teams and partners.
• Build and maintain project budgets, cost projections, and timelines to support successful delivery of commercial construction work.
