Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour (Plus annual bonus potential)Location: Rochester, MNJob/Employment Type: Full TimeProject Scope: $1M to $15M+ Commercial and Industrial Construction ProjectsMandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driving LicenceThe Opportunity: You will serve as a vital field leader, managing daily site operations and driving the execution of high-profile commercial projects.

This role gives you the unique opportunity to directly benefit from your hard work through our 100% employee stock ownership program. You will shape project success from the ground up while mentoring a dedicated field crew in a supportive environment. How You Will Make an Impact: Manage day-to-day completion of on-site tasks by directly leading your crew of laborers.

Ensure high-quality work that aligns with the project schedule.

Qualifications & Experience: Commercial construction leadership experience.

Experience operating Lifts, Lulls, and directing crane operations, and the associated safety protocol.

Preferred

Qualifications & Experience: Degree in a construction-related field.

Extensive hands-on experience with pre-engineered metal building systems. Strong background in managing complex field logistics and multi-trade coordination.
