The Role

As our Coffee Shop Attendant (Barista), you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving highquality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering genuine, friendly service. You’ll help create an inviting atmosphere for hotel guests and locals alike, ensuring each visit starts or ends on a positive note.

You’ll represent the hotel with professionalism, accuracy, and hospitality while maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming café environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash or POS transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment and displays
  • Stock and replenish coffee, food items, and supplies
  • Follow recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
