What to Expect:

  • Fast-paced, high-energy work. You'll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts-so take those breaks to recharge!

  • Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).

  • Training & Development. We'll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Up to $15.65 per hour

Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.
