Overview

Field Service Technician – CNC / Industrial Machinery

Pay: $75K-$105K

Seeking Field Service Technicians for immediate hire to support customers using advanced CNC and industrial machining equipment.

This is a hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting role ideal for candidates who enjoy travel, problem solving, customer interaction, and working on high-tech industrial equipment. Full training is provided for the right candidates. Most travel is Monday–Friday with technicians typically home on weekends.

What You'll Do

● Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair CNC and industrial machinery

● Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, control-system, and machine performance issues

● Perform repairs, rebuilds, alignments, adjustments, and system testing

● Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and technical documentation

● Support customers remotely when troubleshooting can be completed by phone

● Document service activity, findings, repairs, and resolutions

● Communicate professionally with customers and internal support teams

● Work independently while managing travel, service schedules, and customer needs

Required Skills

● Experience with hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting and repair

● Ability to use hand tools, electrical test equipment, and precision measurement tools

● Strong customer service and communication skills

● Comfortable working in industrial manufacturing environments

● Ability to maintain a travel schedule and work overtime as needed

● Valid driver's license

● Experience using voltmeters, multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic equipment

Preferred (Not Required)

● Military technical experience or vocational/technical education

● Experience troubleshooting CNC machinery, automation equipment, or industrial systems

● Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings

● Background in manufacturing, machining, industrial maintenance, aerospace, semiconductor, military maintenance, or field service environments
