  • Experience with Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Hitachi Seiki or similar Fanuc-controlled equipment

  • Experience leading operators, setup machinists or other skilled manufacturing employees
  • Strong manual inspection skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Computer and math skills needed to calculate cycle time, setup time, scrap rate and other production metrics

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, machine-tool technology or a related field
  • English and Spanish bilingual skills
  • 10 years of milling setup experience
