Job description

The House Cleaner is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure residential homes are tidy, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, counters, and mirrors).
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas (sinks, countertops, exterior of appliances, and cabinet fronts).
  • Change linens and make beds as required.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
  • Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products and tools.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs observed during cleaning.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
