Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Janitor to provide high-quality cleaning services for commercial properties throughout Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments in offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform general commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors
  • Wipe down doors, walls, baseboards, light switches, and high-touch surfaces
  • Clean breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas (counters, cabinets, appliances as assigned)
  • Empty trash and recycling and properly dispose of waste
  • Refill restroom and janitorial supplies
  • Follow cleaning schedules and detailed checklists
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs
  • Take before-and-after photos for documentation when required
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards
Qualifications

  • Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, walking)
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
