As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy modalities to design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Engage clients in reflective discussions to enhance their understanding of their emotions, experiences, and relationships.

Candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A fully independent state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
