Cherry Picker Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Now Hiring Cherry Picker Operators!
Qualified Staffing is hiring an experienced Cherry Picker Operator for a warehouse and distribution facility in Richmond, VA. This position supports daily warehouse operations by picking inventory from racking, restocking products, and moving materials throughout the facility.
NOTE: Environment is VERY HOTT in the Summer and VERY COLD in the Winter!!!

What You’ll Do
  • Operate cherry picker and reach truck equipment to retrieve and store inventory
  • Pull bulk product from warehouse racking based on picking tickets
  • Restock inventory to maintain efficient warehouse operations
  • Unload containers and move pallets to designated storage locations
  • Consolidate pallets and organize product to maximize warehouse space
  • Assist with loading outbound shipments onto trucks
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and product verification
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience operating a cherry picker and reach truck
  • Previous certification operating lift equipment preferred
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in elevated racking systems
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on workplace safety
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills are a plus

Work Environment
This role is performed in a warehouse setting that may experience hot temperatures during summer months and cooler temperatures during winter months.
