We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes payroll and tips.

Back in 1997, fresh out of college, some friends got together in Sandy Springs (just north of Atlanta) to figure out the answer to a burning question - what do we do next? "Corporate jobs" seemed out of the question, so what's a crew to do?
Well, these guys chose to follow grandma's advice and "do what makes you happy." Which, most weekends, meant eating wings, drinking beer and watching sports on TV. And so, the first Wing Factory was born.
Of course, with little to no restaurant experience, this band of local Atlanta boys needed some help, so they recruited a recent ATL transplant - and life-long restaurant veteran - to make the dream come true.
20-something years later, that Jersey transplant -Owner Mike Giovine - is still at the helm and what started as a 700-square-foot wing shack has grown to 4 locations and millions (probably) served.
