This role is essential to maintaining product quality, supporting efficient production flow, and ensuring finished goods meet company standards.Production Workers play an important role in helping deliver high-quality cheese and dairy products to customers nationwide while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCount, label, and organize products and production materials accurately.Inspect products for quality and remove, report, or replace damaged items as needed.Sort, package, and prepare finished goods according to company and food safety standards.Move materials, supplies, and products throughout the production and warehouse areas.Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, lifting, stacking, and moving materials.Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization within production areas.Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety policies.Support production line operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goals.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or production leadershipRequirementsRegularly required to stand; use hands and fingers in a repetitive motion. Frequently required to stand, walk and reach above the head.
