Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers through digital communication platforms. You will engage with customers, answer their questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience across various digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to online chat inquiries from individuals seeking therapy services
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients through online chats
- Assess and prioritize chat requests based on urgency and severity
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines during chat interactions
- Refer clients to appropriate resources or therapists as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Knowledge of mental health and counseling services is a plus
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a counseling center or mental health facility
