JOB SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years perioperative or operating room experience required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of perioperative documentation, charge capture, coding, and reimbursement processes.
- Strong computer, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based audits and documentation review.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity sufficient for extensive computer work.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
- Occasional exposure to clinical environments, blood/body fluids, and communicable diseases.
