Location: Cleveland, TN
Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:Evening Shift | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM | Rotating Shift every other weekend

Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with safety programs, quality systems, and production operations
• Ability to use ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking software
• Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and respond to after-hours needs
• Ability to obtain forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, and company vehicle certifications
• Experience in ceramic manufacturing preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures

Job Duties:

• Supervise production associates across Calcining, Cutting, Assembly, Welding, HMA, and FGI Inspection operations
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and operational goals are achieved
• Lead employee training, performance management, attendance tracking, PTO approvals, and disciplinary processes
• Monitor production metrics, inventory accuracy, and MES data reporting
• Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and company procedures
• Coordinate shift handoffs and collaborate with supervisors, HR, and other departments
• Manage inventory processes and material tracking to support production and purchasing needs
• Maintain facility housekeeping standards and coordinate maintenance requests
• Provide shift coverage and support special projects as needed
