Job Title: Cementing Bulk Plant Operator

  • Location: Artesia, NM
  • Employment Type: Contract - 6 Months
  • Pay : $16.50 - $23/H
  • Shift : 15 On/ 6 OFF - 12 H/ Day - 60 H/ Week


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery, improving service delivery opportunities, implementing standard work, and managing risks during service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.
  • Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading.
  • Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.
  • Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shipped.
  • Label and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pails.
  • Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
  • Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.


Requirements

  • Experience in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Experience in inventory management and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment policies.


Preferred Qualifications (if any)

  • Experience in training other operators and trainees.
  • Industry experience in the heavy industrial sector.
