Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00/hr on W2
 
Job Description:
The Cementing Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD). This role involves managing bulk plant operations, preparing and delivering bulk materials to well sites, and maintaining quality control in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and HSE requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage bulk plant facilities to support wellsite operations.
  • Blend and mix bulk products per job program requirements.
  • Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading.
  • Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed during loading and delivery.
  • Coordinate bulk material movement with PSD and Logistics teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, daily paperwork, and monthly reports.
  • Label, store, and dispose of additives and containers safely.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and maintain plant cleanliness.
  • Assist in training operators and trainees.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with HSE policies, wear required PPE, and adhere to regulatory standards.
