The Checker position is responsible for accurately recording cargo movements—including discharge, stowing, and loading—to and from customer carriers in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner. This role primarily handles steel cargo, including pipe, tubing, coils, and flats, and requires prior experience with these commodities.

Qualifications

Frequent walking, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders (up to 100 ft). Must be able to react quickly to physical hazards (e.g., jump, move). Ability to work in noisy environments and maintain situational awareness.
