Familiarity with care planning systems, documentation software, and assistive devices is typically required. Weekend care professionals often encounter challenges such as managing irregular schedules, handling emergency situations with limited support staff, and maintaining consistent communication with clients’ families. What is weekend care?

Weekend care refers to caregiving services provided during weekends, typically for children, elderly individuals, or those with special needs. These services may include supervision, assistance with daily activities, companionship, and sometimes specialized care, depending on the individual's requirements.
