Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local contract assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LNA will provide direct patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
───────────────────────────

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support infection control and safety practices
• Work collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams

Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Requirements
───────────────────────────

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required (VT/NH)
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation (limited public transit in area)
• Every other weekend commitment required
• No overtime available
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must comply with onboarding requirements
• Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
