Cardiology Physician Opportunity - Culpeper, Virginia

UVA Cardiology is seeking a General Cardiologist to join a well-established, community-focused practice within Culpeper Medical Center.

Opportunity Overview

This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient general cardiology, diagnostic interpretation, and shared inpatient responsibilities.

Practice & Team Environment

The cardiologist will join a collegial team of experienced cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers, supported by dedicated nursing staff, medical assistants, front-desk personnel, and clinic administrators. Additionally,

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Outpatient general cardiology clinics in Culpeper
  • Interpretation of echocardiograms and EKGs
  • Hospital-based cardiology call coverage at Culpeper Medical Center
  • Shared inpatient responsibilities with physician partners
  • Call coverage is shared and distributed among providers

The base compensation range for this role is $486,286 - $663,569 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
