Car Wash Team Member - Golden Nozzle Car Wash

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is looking for hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping make a difference in the world. As a Team Member, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about operational excellence and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

A day in this role may include:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
  • Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
  • Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
