Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients in person to capture testimonials, success stories, and milestone moments.

  • Film, edit, and post short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Attend and capture content at client events, workshops, and community events, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job description

We're looking for a high-energy, eccentric Marketing Content Specialist who brings life into every room they walk into.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk marketing role.

This is for someone who loves people, thrives on camera, and knows how to turn real moments into powerful content. You will be the face behind capturing clients' stories, our team's personality, and our firm's presence in the Atlanta community.

If you naturally take charge, make people feel comfortable, and create content that connects and converts, keep reading.

Who You Are

  • Eccentric, original, and creatively fearless; you don't blend in, and that's exactly the point
  • A true people person: you love talking, connecting, and building trust quickly
  • Confident giving direction and not afraid to take control of a recording
  • Naturally charismatic and engaging on and off camera
  • Emotionally intelligent: you read people well and adjust in real time
  • Quick-thinking: you spot content opportunities in everyday moments

Schedule & Work Expectations

  • Full-time, in-office in Atlanta, GA (5 days per week)
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time (firm operates on ET company-wide)
  • This is a salaried role with variable hours. You will be expected to attend client events, community events, and special content opportunities that may fall on evenings or weekends
  • Occasional travel may be required for content events
  • Remote and hybrid work are not available for this role
Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

Client Content & Testimonials

  • Meet with clients in person to capture testimonials, success stories, and milestone moments
  • Guide clients through filming so they feel comfortable, confident, and proud of their story
  • Ask thoughtful, strategic questions that bring out authentic, powerful responses
  • Apply sensitivity and discretion when capturing immigration client stories

Daily Content Creation

  • Film and post short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Edit short-form social content in-app (CapCut, native platform tools)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the office
  • Turn everyday interactions into engaging, on-brand content

Long-Form Content (YouTube)

  • Film and edit long-form YouTube content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Coordinate with leadership on video themes, narrative, and rollout
  • (If you don't edit long-form yourself, we can outsource — but Premiere Pro skill is strongly preferred)

Team & Culture Content

  • Capture team personalities in a fun, natural way
  • Help team members feel confident on camera and elevate participation
  • Bring energy into the office every day

Community & Event Coverage

  • Attend client events, workshops, and community events (including evenings and weekends as needed)
  • Capture content live on-site and represent the firm professionally
  • Build relationships in the Atlanta community

Creative Direction & On-Set Leadership

  • Take control of the filming process
  • Give clear direction and feedback during recordings
  • Help people look and feel their best on camera
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across all content

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera
  • Willing to work in the office 5 days per week in Atlanta, GA
  • Willing to attend evening events, weekend events, and travel for content as needed
  • Portfolio or work samples required — please submit examples of original short-form video content you have created (TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strongly Preferred

  • Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency (for long-form video editing)
  • Videography skills — camera operation, lighting, audio setup
  • Demonstrated track record of viral or high-performing social content
  • Background in storytelling, interviews, or content production

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients feel comfortable, confident, and excited to share their story
  • Content feels real, emotional, and powerful — not staged or generic
  • The team shows up more confidently on camera
  • The brand feels alive, human, and connected to the community
  • Content is consistently being captured — no important moments missed

This Role Is NOT For Someone Who

  • Is shy or uncomfortable talking to people
  • Waits to be told what to do
  • Struggles to give direction or take control of a room
  • Prefers working behind the scenes only
  • Only wants standard 9–5 hours with no flexibility for events

This Role IS For Someone Who

  • Walks into a room and instantly raises the energy
  • Has an original, distinctive personality
  • Loves being around people all day
  • Thinks "this would make great content" in real time
  • Wants to create meaningful, impact-driven work

Legal & Compliance Note: Marketing content created for the firm is subject to attorney review prior to publication and must comply with applicable state bar advertising rules. The Marketing Content Specialist does not provide legal information or advice to clients or the public.
