We're hiring a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon for a locum opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado, covering weekend call at a high-volume Level I Trauma center.

Weekend Call Coverage
Schedule
Friday 7 AM - Monday 7 AM
Every weekend needed (ASAP start)
Practice Environment
Level I Trauma Center
100,000+ annual ER volume
12 Operating Rooms
6 Neurosurgeons in practice
Patient population: 17+ (Adult & Trauma)
Case Mix & Procedures
Cranial & trauma neurosurgery
• Tumor resections, intracranial hemorrhage, TBI
• Burr holes, ICP monitoring, ventriculostomy
• VP shunts, ventricular taps, CSF management
Spine procedures
• Diskectomy, laminectomy, spinal fusion
• Spine stabilization & reconstruction
Critical care & procedures
• Arterial/venous access
• Lumbar puncture & drains
• EEG interpretation
• ICP/CCP monitoring & management
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified Neurosurgery (Required - No BE)
Active Colorado License (Preferred) or willing to obtain
ACLS, BLS, ATLS (Required)
Ability to perform spinal instrumentation (Required)
Clean malpractice/background
COVID vaccinated
