Retrieving and providing patient results to requesting physician practices. Demonstrates service excellence to all callers while effectively and efficiently addressing their needs or resolving their concerns. Must comply with HIPAA compliance and standards at all times.Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.94 / hour depending on experience.Degrees:
  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Significant customer service and/or call center environment experience.
  • Medical terminology preferred (written and oral).
  • Bilingual highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume call center.
