Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, espresso machines, and food safety certifications like ServSafe is typically required. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills help you deliver excellent service during busy periods. Building strong teamwork and staying organized can help make weekend shifts smoother and more enjoyable.
