We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people to join our internet sales department! Bring a positive attitude and we will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful. We are seeking a Client Care Specialist- to work in our BDC department. This pseudo sales/customer service position will be responsible for handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention. Immediate Opening Available.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, features; comparing and contrasting competitive models
  • Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels
  • Setting up customer appointments for sales department
  • Assist customers with products and services sold at the dealership in order to present features and benefits to customers
  • Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales
  • Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base.

Qualifications
- No Automotive Experience Necessary
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work some Saturdays within a 5-day work week
- Must be self-motivated and performance driven
- Must be able to attend training
-Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly
-Strong computer and typing skills
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Professional and personable demeanor
- Proven experience in sales
-High School Diploma or GED required.
- Auto sales preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • This customer service position will be responsible for handling Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.
  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  • Communicate with the prospective sales clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership.
  • Obtain customer information and keep accurate database.
  • Maintain a dealership standard for response time.
  • Set up sales appointments with all customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers.
  • Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels
  • Setting up customer appointments for sales department
  • Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales.
  • Grow internet service business and expand current customer base.

Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
