Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to support analytics, optimization, and Salesforce-driven initiatives within a leading energy analytics organization. This role will partner closely with product managers, Salesforce teams, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, manage delivery priorities, and drive the successful implementation of scalable business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering analytics and Salesforce platform solutions. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce ecosystem tools is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce integrations
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, analytics, and cross-functional business teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data-driven products is preferred
