Your Role
As the Restaurant Bartender - Server, you’ll be the face of our dining experience—crafting cocktails, serving meals, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas.
  • Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling.
  • Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ months of bartending experience.
  • Previous food service and customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required: Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit.
  • Preferred: ServSafe Certification.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift.
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
