What are Weekend Borescope Inspectors?

Weekend Borescope Inspectors are professionals who use specialized optical devices called borescopes to inspect the internal components of machinery, engines, or other equipment during weekends or non-standard hours. Their main responsibility is to identify defects, wear, or blockages that are not visible from the outside, ensuring equipment safety and reliability. This role is essential in industries like aviation, manufacturing, and power generation, where regular inspections help prevent costly breakdowns.
