Job description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with knowledge using QuickBooks Desktop and accounting to join our team! 

Responsibilities:

  • Record and post financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments)
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements
  • Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time-and-attendance records for payroll
  • Initiate preparation of Operations Reports, sales reports, delivery and invoice reports.
  • Proficient use of computers, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Associate’s degree with concentration in business or accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience in Bookkeeping 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and telephone skills.
