Job description

At Exit Bail Bonds, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service while maintaining strong, organized client relationships. We’re looking for a Client Account Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow-up. If you have a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and can balance customer service with accountability — this role is for you.

Duties of a Client Account Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and follow up with clients
  • Update and manage digital files and client records
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication
  • Support office staff with day-to-day operations and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of admin, AR, or client account experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable handling high call volume
  • Tech-savvy
  • Able to pass a CA background check (required for state licensing)
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus
  • Previous bail industry experience (not required but helpful – be sure to note it!)

Schedule & Location:

  • On-site position in Riverside, CA 92507
  • Flexible availability required — including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Pay & Benefits:

  • $45,760 – $54,080 annually, depending on experience
