What does a weekend blood analyst do?

A Weekend Blood Analyst is a laboratory professional responsible for analyzing blood samples and conducting various tests, typically during weekend shifts. They use specialized equipment to assess blood for abnormalities, infections, or diseases, and report results to physicians and other healthcare providers. Their work is crucial in diagnosing and monitoring conditions such as anemia, infections, and blood disorders. Weekend Blood Analysts often work in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic labs, ensuring timely and accurate test results outside regular weekday hours.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a weekend blood analyst?
