Job description

Summary Under close supervision, supports the Laramie County Sobriety Program by administering portable breath tests, managing breath testing through a Kiosk system and handling program fee transactions. Essential Job Functions Essential function, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. This list of tasks is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class.) Administer Portable Breath Tests and oversee Kiosk testing

Manage monetary transactions, including fee collection and account activities. Track participant accounts and coordinate testing schedules. Maintain inventory and ensure adequate supplies.

Support records management and communicate important information to authorized parties. Attend training sessions and meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent and one year of clerical or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of basic office procedures and customer service Knowledge of record-keeping and administrative tasks Knowledge in computer use and common software applications Skills in verbal and written communication Skills in cash handling
