R Taylor Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients' insurance needs are met. Join our team as an Insurance Account Manager, where youll support clients, handle policies, and foster growth opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Policy Administration: Overseeing the issuance, renewal, and modification of insurance policies.
  • Claims Assistance: Assisting clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
  • Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
  • Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to provide competitive insurance solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Insurance License.
  • 2+ years of professional office experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
