Job description

We're looking for an experienced Mountain Bike Mechanic to join our team on weekends. This position is focused exclusively on mountain bikes and is ideal for someone who knows modern MTB systems inside and out and can work confidently in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mountain bikes of all styles including trail, enduro, downhill, dirt jump, and e-MTBs
Inspect bikes for safety and performance issues
Drivetrain diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Assist with parts, setup recommendations, and MTB-specific product knowledge
Requirements
2+ years of professional mountain bike mechanic experience preferred
Strong understanding of modern MTB components and geometry
Experience working with hydraulic brakes, suspension systems, dropper posts, tubeless setups, and drivetrains
Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy weekend shifts
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Comfortable lifting and maneuvering bikes and shop equipment
