Weekend Bex Delivery Jobs (NOW HIRING)

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of SAP BW and BPC solutions supporting GMX and Finance domains


• Design and maintain data acquisition layers, including DataSources, CDS-based extraction, InfoPackages, and DTPs


• Architect and build BW InfoProviders, Advanced DSOs, Composite Providers, and Open ODS Views


• Design transformation logic and create or maintain ABAP programs


• Design BPC planning functions, FOX formula scripts, input-ready queries, and planning sequences


• Create, maintain, and optimize BEx queries and Analysis for Office workbooks


• Build and maintain AfO reporting and planning templates and train end users


• Diagnose BW and BPC issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes


• Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA modernization roadmaps


• Apply SAP SD, Material Master, Product Costing, and FI-GL expertise to GMX solution design and data flows


• Support data validation and reconciliation between BW/BPC outputs and S/4HANA source systems


• Partner with GMX business leads, Finance partners, and Digital teams to gather and prioritize requirements


• Represent ESI in cross-functional working sessions and governance forums


• Translate between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders


• Manage delivery through requirements, deployment, and post-go-live support using SDLC methodologies


• Define and track delivery KPIs and OKRs


• Coordinate unit, integration, and UAT testing and drive defect resolution


• Contribute to code reviews and enforce development standards


• Participate in demos and training sessions


• Escalate significant technical risks and issues to the ESI Team Lead

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; alternatives include a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or a PhD with equivalent experience


• 4+ years of hands-on SAP BW development experience across the full delivery lifecycle, or 2+ years with a Master's degree


• Experience with DataSources, ODQ, InfoPackages, DTPs, process chains, and delta load management


• Experience with Advanced DSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, Analytic Indexes, and ABAP transformation routines


• BEx Query Designer or BW Modeling Tools experience


• Experience with calculated/restricted key figures, variables, exceptions, and conditions


• Experience building and maintaining Analysis for Office workbooks and input-ready planning templates


• Experience with BPC planning functions, FOX formula scripts, data manager packages, planning sequences, and input schedules


• In-depth ABAP programming knowledge


• End-to-end troubleshooting experience across extraction, transformation, loading, query performance, and BPC planning


• Demonstrated SAP BPC experience, including planning model configuration, logic scripts/FOX formulas, input schedules, and consolidation processes


• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution pricing condition technique


• Working knowledge of SAP Material Master data concepts


• Finance domain knowledge in Product Costing (CO-PC), material ledger/actual costing, variance analysis, and General Ledger (FI-GL)


• Understanding of Finance master data governance, including company codes, controlling areas, cost centers, profit centers, and G/L account master data


• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and manage competing priorities


• Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer


• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available


• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time


• Possible night and weekend work during project/program deployments


• Preferred: Master's degree, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SD production experience, SAP CO-PC/FI-GL, SAP certification, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BOBJ, pharmaceutical/life sciences experience, PMP or equivalent, Agile, and large enterprise SAP landscape experience

Demonstrates expertise in SAP BW and BPC solutions, including data acquisition, transformation logic, and reporting. Proficient in ABAP programming and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA modernization efforts.
