Description
RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Kirkland is looking to hire seasonal bar and wait staff.
Please note: This is a seasonal position. We expect the employment to range from now through mid September. This is dependent upon the flow of the season and has the potential to convert to part-time variable hour employment if it is available post season.
We currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of steps of service and table maintenance. Looking for those who are dedicated and truly enjoy the service industry. This position offer sick pay, employee discounts for dining, EAP, and an employee referral bonus.
The FOH bar/wait Staff participates in a daily FOH tip pool, as well as tip sharing, more commonly referred to as tipping-out. Tip pool policy exists per day for the entire FOH bar and wait staff team. The FOH team tips out the kitchen and support staffed based on our tip sharing policy.
Wage Range and Benefits
  • Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $17.13/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling and tip sharing policy).
  • Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
  • Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed).
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).
    • Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to employee.
  • 50% Employee discount provided, for up to three additional guests if dining with you.
  • Employee Referral Incentive Program offered.
  • Weekly pay days.
