Job description

General Hotels Corporation is looking to hire Banquet Servers at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Union Station hotel in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The Banquet Server is responsible for providing the highest degree of professional catering service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests
  • Set tables, buffets, bars and snack breaks in assigned area correctly and accurately
  • Monitor tables, buffets and breaks to keep them clean, stocked and visually appealing
  • Professionally serve food and beverages
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods and garnishes
  • Perform all cleaning, opening and closing duties

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
