Job description

We are seeking qualified candidates with a passion for a long‑term career in Investment Banking, who possess extraordinary levels of critical thinking, motivation, and initiative and aspire to deliver superior client service.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior bankers with day‑to‑day transaction due diligence and execution
  • Develop fully dynamic 3‑statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses
  • Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda, and management presentations
  • Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
  • Conduct in‑depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities
  • Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings
  • Mentor and train analysts
Experience

2.5 to 3.5 years of experience in financial services or banking, preferably Investment Banking or other relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, etc.) or other relevant degree.
