Role Summary
The DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in modernizing deployment processes, improving automation practices, and enhancing infrastructure operations across the organization. This is a newly created position designed to help drive DevOps maturity and enable more efficient, reliable delivery of technology solutions.

This individual will design and support CI CD pipelines, contribute to automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams. The role requires a hands on approach to troubleshooting, process improvement, and system integration while helping establish best practices and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support a growing engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain CI CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery
• Work within Azure DevOps and GitHub environments to manage source control and deployment workflows
• Support migration efforts from Azure DevOps repositories to GitHub
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and pipeline orchestration processes
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and environment related issues across systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, development, and security teams to align solutions
• Support integration of security and scanning tools within pipelines
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives and automation standards
• Document processes and support continuous improvement efforts across DevOps practices

Key Requirements
